Meet Dwayne Littlejohn
I am originally from the Washington D.C area. I attended Norfolk State University where I was elected Student Government President at the age of 18. I sat on the Board of Visitors and became a prominent public speaker for the University and several community organizations in the area. I graduated with a BS in Applied Mathematics. I currently hold a MS in Electronics Engineering.
For the past 16 years I have served as a leader in the US military supporting our nation’s freedoms while excelling in several areas to include leadership development.
Throughout my career I have developed the key skills of adaptability, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and continue to maintain a strong work ethic.
Through my military service and volunteering efforts I realized my passion in life was to put people in a position to realize their potential if not succeed beyond their perceived potential. In realizing my purpose, I completed a certification and credentialing in Life Coaching with the Life Coaching Training Institute.
I provide a unique perspective as a deliberate, process-oriented Coach, with a high level of patience and understanding. My two decades of high-level leadership have enabled me to understand the importance of process, while my 12 years of marriage and three children have helped me develop the high level of patience and understanding.
Bottom line for me, my dream is to be fulfilled. It sounds cliché, but when you do what you love at the best of your abilities, then you’ll never really work a day in your life.
